Executive Summary

Globalize Skills Foundation NGO (GSF NGO) undertook a vocational training program in November 2022 aimed at empowering underprivileged students in Mandla, Madhya Pradesh. The program focused on imparting skills in accounting, Tally, ERP 9, and payroll systems. In collaboration with Sahastradhara Institute of Education, the project successfully trained numerous students, providing not only educational support but also food and accommodation.

Objectives
